GROUP CLASSES:

THE GRIND 🥵

Full body, Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

This is the OG Rise Strength Lab Workout.


This class is a combination of muscle groups and intensities from each weekday for a total body workout. You'll typically use most of our training equipment in each class. Rowers, ski-ergs, cables, sleds, air bikes, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, medicine and slam balls, ropes, and TRX.

T-REX 🦖

TRX Full body, Core, Stability, and Mobility.
 

These classes will be focused on building strength, working on instability, single side exercises and of course some cardio and core,
all done with the TRX.

Mobility work is the cool down, feel free to add any of the work we do in the cool down to your regular stretching.

The goal of this class is to build a strong foundation, and to feel equally strong on the left and right side of the body!

RISE FIT 🏋️‍♀️

RISE FIT is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level.

This class is an endurance based workout featuring a combination of bodyweight movements, kettlebells and dumbbells; complimented by cardio based elements like running, rowing, and biking.
 

Rooted from the world of Crossfit, this class will have the same intensity of your Grind workouts, while slowly introducing the use of the barbell and gymnastics. If you are looking for class that will challenge your breath and body, then this class if for you.

CAKE 🎂

Lower body and Core, Strength and Muscle building class.
 

BOOTY, BOOTY, BOOTY... rockin' errywhere.
 

Bootcamp meets strength and muscle building.

During this class we will be focusing on our our glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core.
 

You can expect a more hands on approach compared to our regular HIIT classes. We will be breaking down your technique on lifts such as Squats (all types), Deadlifts (all types), Hip thrusters, Various types of lunges/curls.

The goal is to gain strength while building muscles that will give people a sweet tooth... and we're not talking about dessert.

SPICY 🌶️

Full body, Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
 

This class places emphasis on Metabolic Conditioning by the use of full body movement patterns and functional multi-planar movements.
It promotes cardiovascular conditioning and muscular development by utilizing body weight exercises and multiple equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, olympic bars, slam ropes, medballs,
wall balls, and more.
 

Exercises can be modified for all participants regardless of experience, injury, comfort level, or intensity requirement. You will definitely push yourself harder in this positive, supportive, environment then on your own.

STRONG AF 🥩

Welcome to the world of Strong(wo)man! This class is lead by Canadian Professional Strongwoman, Jackie Osczevski, who wholeheartedly believes that everyone is strong enough to try their hand at the sport of Strongman!

This is an intro strongman class explores different types of strength implements, such as stone loading, axle clean and press, Viking press, log press, keg press, keg load and carry, stone shouldering, truck push, truck pull, tire flips, Circus Dumbbell press, sandbag carry and loading, farmer carry, frame carry, and various conditioning aspects. Jackie has a passion for healthy body mechanics, so the first portion of the class focuses on proper biomechanics, especially covering the biomechanics of lifting odd objects.

Come and experience this fun and exciting strong(wo)man environment where everyone of different strength levels is welcomed!

GUNSHOW 🔫

Upper body, Strength and Muscle building class.

Bootcamp meets strength and muscle building.

During this class we will be focusing on our upper body muscles, Chest, Shoulders, Back, and arms.

You can expect a more hands on approach compared to our regular HIIT classes. We will be breaking down your technique on lifts such as the bench press, pull-ups, Bent over rows, and overhead presses.

The goal is to gain strength while building muscles that will make you look twice while passing a mirror. 😍

MVMNT RECOVERY 🧘🏽

Full body mobility and recovery work.

Class is led by Crystal Derry.
A mobility and movement specialist.
She is also the Creator of The Mobility MVMNT.
 

During this one-hour MVMNT session, we will focus on improving your mobility, decreasing stress, relaxing the body and mind, and release tension from tight muscles, work on joint maintenance and mindfulness. 

 

This will be a jam-packed hour and you won't want to miss it!
