THE GRIND 🥵
Full body, Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
This is the OG Rise Strength Lab Workout.
This class is a combination of muscle groups and intensities from each weekday for a total body workout. You'll typically use most of our training equipment in each class. Rowers, ski-ergs, cables, sleds, air bikes, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, medicine and slam balls, ropes, and TRX.
SPICY 🌶️
Full body, Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
This class places emphasis on Metabolic Conditioning by the use of full body movement patterns and functional multi-planar movements.
It promotes cardiovascular conditioning and muscular development by utilizing body weight exercises and multiple equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, olympic bars, slam ropes, medballs,
wall balls, and more.
Exercises can be modified for all participants regardless of experience, injury, comfort level, or intensity requirement. You will definitely push yourself harder in this positive, supportive, environment then on your own.
HALF & HALF🥛
Half Spin // Half Upper Body + Core
This is a new favourite!
You will spend half your time on the spin bike.
The other half of class will be spent off the bike doing upper body + core
with dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, TRX's, and more.
CAKE 🎂
Lower body and Core, Strength and Muscle building class.
BOOTY, BOOTY, BOOTY... rockin' errywhere.
Bootcamp meets strength and muscle building.
During this class we will be focusing on our our glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core.
You can expect a more hands on approach compared to our regular HIIT classes. We will be breaking down your technique on lifts such as Squats (all types), Deadlifts (all types), Hip thrusters, Various types of lunges/curls.
The goal is to gain strength while building muscles that will give people a sweet tooth... and we're not talking about dessert.
GUNSHOW 🔫
Upper body, Strength and Muscle building class.
Bootcamp meets strength and muscle building.
During this class we will be focusing on our upper body muscles, Chest, Shoulders, Back, and arms.
You can expect a more hands on approach compared to our regular HIIT classes. We will be breaking down your technique on lifts such as the bench press, pull-ups, Bent over rows, and overhead presses.
The goal is to gain strength while building muscles that will make you look twice while passing a mirror. 😍
LIFT OFF 🚀
THERE'S AN ATHLETE IN EVERYONE.
Being explosive starts from your legs and core. In this class we will strengthen and make you more explosive in the main 3 lower body movements (Squat, Hinge, and Lunge).
You can't be explosive and transfer energy without a solid core.
In this class we will also focus on creating a bulletproof core by strengthening you in all areas of the Core. (Flexion, Lateral Flexion, Rotation, Anti-Extension, Anti-Rotation, and Anti-Flexion)
