WHAT TO KNOW:

NEW RIDERS:

Please show up at least 10 minutes in advance so we can properly size you for shoes and find your bike settings. We want to make sure you are set up for success and feeling strong AF on that bike! 

 

If you have been to the gym before just head inside, check in with the Sweat Squad at the front desk and they will hand over your shoes. Head into the back of the gym and pick your bike.

EVERYONE:

- Don’t forget your water bottle and sweat towel (you’ll definitely need those)
 

-  Please wipe your bike down at the end of class, don’t worry we will do a full sanitize after but we can never be too careful.
 

- Don’t hesitate to chat with your motivator before/after class about any questions you might have.

 

Have to cancel your class? Don’t stress, you can cancel 4 hours before class if you miss the window or don’t show up you will see a late charge on your account of $8.00
